I’m currently teaching Flow Yoga classes at Barefoot Movement and the Downtown Oakland YMCA!
TUESDAYS:
12:00-1:00 pm
Barefoot Movement

Level 1 Yoga. This is a less vigorous yoga class, suitable for a beginner. Within this class, you will slow down and focus not only on the individual asanas (poses) themselves, but also the transitions leading into and out of the poses. Modifications are offered to help all students access the poses, regardless of where they are in their practice. Take a Yoga lunch break for your practice to move you through the rest of your day with mindfulness!
$12 Drop-In. $65 Unlimited Monthly Yoga Pass.

Level 2/3 Yoga. This is a more vigorous class, yoking the breath to Asana movement, with more repetitions of sequences or vinyasas, more standing poses with fewer seated poses, inversions and arm balances, generally more advanced poses overall, and all with greater intensity. Take a Yoga lunch break for your practice to move you through the rest of your day with mindfulness!

All-Levels Vinyasa Flow Class but not a beginner class! Within this class, we typically begin with breath awareness, calming the mind to prepare the body, mind and spirit for a practice of asana. With the breath as a guide, we will move through a sequence of various asanas, aimed at providing the body with a full opening, strengthening, balancing practice. Come join me!

Level 2 Yoga. This class is designed to provide you with your morning practice needs, giving you a full body opening and strengthening experience with a mindfulness of the breath linked with the body’s movement for a centered, single-pointed and focused Yoga practice. Come hear the morning church bells ring and join me in “Church with Leonora.”
